One act choreodrama Hoi is based on Georgian folk miniatures, myths and poems. The backbone of the story involves classic Georgian wrestling. The production begins with the movements in an ideal world that gradually start to resemble the lives of different emotions and feelings that lead people to situations of conflict – the desire for power, self-esteem and many complex personal passions or intimacy. In addition, their creative aspiration to create a more comprehensive and reliable world where hope is very important. Actors reflect the narrative about their lives by using their bodies, speech, separate words, minimalist techniques, contact improvisation details, the combination of different sounds, Georgian dance and music.
