LOSERS

Losers means ‘losers’ in English and this word tells us the life of Manuel and Sandra, who will meet when Sandra goes to the store to cancel a telephone line. From here, the romance is served. Losers tells us in a sarcastic way, full of good humor, the situation in which many people can find themselves at some point in their lives due to social pressure. Being single at twenty is well seen, but at forty it can mean that there is something in you that is not working quite well. This pressure is what makes people like Sandra or Manuel feel obliged to get together with someone and thus prove that they are normal and ordinary people.

Once upon a time… in Pedrola, a group of brave people signed up for a municipal theater course in 1998. Reasons? No one knows. But what started as an experiment ended up being a love at first sight for the stage. From clown to pantomime, they honed their voices and let their imaginations soar like those who bring salt to life.
In 2023, they joined Escenamateur and began their theatrical expansion. They have performed at festivals in Spain, Germany, France… and they do it wherever there is a free spotlight. Because A la Tardada is not just theater. It is this time at the end of the day when everything makes sense, the soul is lit… and the curtain rises. Long live to A la Tardada!
