Parallel activities are free of charge with prior registration, as capacity is limited. Prior registration is not required for the FITAG Nights and La Previa spaces.
The History, Wine and Gastronomy in Girona activity costs 12 euros. Tickets can be purchased through this website.

FITAG Nights

Venue: Courtyard of the Casa de Cultura

FITAG Nights is a space within the International Amateur Theatre Festival of Girona (FITAG) where, after the main programming, artists from Girona and all around the world present short theatrical or artistic pieces. This event showcases talent and creativity in an informal and intimate setting, offering the audience a diverse and enriching theatrical experience.

La Previa

Venue: Plaça de l’Hospital
Schedule: From 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Price: Free

At La Previa, theatre lovers and FITAG attendees can share the excitement felt right before the curtain rises and the actors step onto the stage. A space with music, chill-out areas, and a bar, where spectators can grab a drink, chat comfortably, and connect with other attendees while sharing their enthusiasm and expectations for the upcoming performances.

History, Wine and Gastronomy in Girona

La Carbonera opens its doors for an evening dedicated to fine wine lovers. In this guided tasting, we will travel through different designations of origin, discover the secrets of winemaking, and learn how to identify tasting notes. All paired with a specially selected food pairing to achieve perfect harmony on the palate.

El Galliner theatre school offers FITAG participants a space for meeting and theatrical research. A playful, participatory training session to work on expression, movement, and performance with active professionals. Connect, play, and create together!

In this educational activity, gender perspectives within the theatrical field will be addressed based on the participants’ experiences, perceptions, and reflections.

Through group process techniques, participants will explore different viewpoints, experiences, and tensions that may arise around gender dynamics, creative processes, and stage narratives.

Acting On Camera

Led by La Diana theatre school

This workshop introduces students to their first contact with the world of performing and visual arts on screen.

It is a basic training session providing essential tools to work in the “here and now” required by audiovisual formats, following industry techniques.

It will be fascinating to see how so much can be achieved with so little: that is the magic of the camera.

Having vermouth in Girona is a ritual rich in history, an invisible thread connecting generations of locals around a table. As part of FITAG, we want to revive this beloved local tradition by offering vermouth with a Girona essence, rooted in our local history and recipes. A relaxed meeting place to savor the city’s past and present, gently accompanied by background music, where theatre and memory walk hand in hand.
